Payments can be made using one of the following bank cards:.

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Visa / MasterCard / Mada
  • Cash on Delivery is not available.

Note:
Since the payment is processed internationally, an additional fee (SAR 2–7, depending on the total invoice amount) may be charged by the payment gateway.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 weeks, excluding official public holidays.

Note: During sales or promotional periods, orders may take slightly longer to be shipped due to high demand. We always strive to provide the best service and appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A 10% fee of the total order value will be deducted as a processing fee.
    (If the order has been shipped before the 24-hour period ends, the customer cannot cancel it.)

  • If the shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, the amount will be automatically refunded. The customer also has the right to request a refund if the order status is “Processing.”

We care about customer satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional online shopping experience. All products purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned under the following conditions:

  • If you receive the wrong product, you must not open or use it. If the product is opened, we reserve the right not to exchange or replace it with the correct item.

  • Refunds cover the product value only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • You may return the product only if there is a manufacturing defect, you received the wrong product, or the size differs from what was ordered — and only within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If there is no defect and you simply wish to return or exchange the product, it will not be accepted.

  • Please note: Minor glue marks on some shoes are considered normal due to manual or semi-manual manufacturing processes. This is not considered a defect. You may verify this by visiting any original store, where such marks are common and do not affect the quality or performance of the shoe.

  • Upon receiving your shipment, you will need to pay the import duty tax.

  • If you delay collection of your shipment for more than one week, or in the event of loss or other issues, we will not be held responsible and no compensation will be provided.

Shipments can be tracked via WhatsApp:

  1. Send a message to Aramex WhatsApp at: 0097145031111 or click here.

  2. Send the word “عربي” (Arabic).

  3. Select Services Menu.

  4. Click on My Shipments.

  5. You will then see all shipment details from FIVVE.

Important:
You must contact Aramex using the same phone number registered in our store and used in your order. If you use a different phone number, you will not be able to track your shipment.
